Breathing in and breathing out we connect outside of ourselves with each breath. This is a way we can offer self care, while also opening the opportunity of giving life outside of ourselves with our breath.
Over the next week, during one of the reminders to breathe, think of someone or a community who could benefit with a breath of life. As the expanse of breathing can take us beyond individual circles, notice if that breath of God can be offered in conversation with a friend or family member.
